Worldwide delivery coverage

We arrange international courier, air or freight delivery to supported destinations worldwide, as well as local UAE delivery. The quotation identifies the agreed destination and shipping basis.

Timing

Any dispatch or delivery estimate begins after payment clearance, order acceptance and completion of any agreed inspection or documentation. Carrier delays, customs clearance and destination controls can affect the final delivery date.

Packing and documents

Products are packed according to their size, weight and condition. Export documentation is prepared according to the agreed order scope.

  • Request special packing before the quotation is accepted.
  • Tell us if the destination requires a certificate, HS code or specific invoice wording.
  • Photographs of packed goods can be requested before dispatch when practical.

Customs, duties and restricted destinations

Unless the quotation states otherwise, import duties, taxes, permits and destination clearance are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders remain subject to applicable export controls, carrier rules and destination restrictions.

Transit issues

Inspect the shipment promptly. Report visible damage or shortages as soon as possible with package, label and product photographs so the carrier process can be assessed.
