Condition
The quotation will identify the offered condition and any known packaging or cosmetic notes. Ask for clarification before ordering if your project requires factory-sealed packaging, a specific manufacturing date or traceability documents.
Warranty
Warranty duration and coverage vary by product, source and condition. Only the warranty stated in the accepted quotation or invoice applies. Manufacturer warranty is not implied unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Compatibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the complete model, ratings, trip unit, accessories, firmware and application are suitable. We can help compare visible references, but final engineering approval remains with the buyer or appointed engineer.
Returns
Do not return goods without written authorisation and return instructions. Made-to-order, specially sourced, opened, installed, programmed or electrically connected items may not be returnable unless defective and covered by the written terms.
Report a problem
Contact the sales desk with the invoice number, product label, issue description and clear photos. Keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.
